Return Policy

As these are handmade artwork and a unique unrepairable piece, these products are not returnable unless the package is damaged during transit.

If the package is damage, customer is requested to accept only after taking a picture of the package.

In case of damage product as a result of damage to packaging, Jaalinee will make a full refund.
